Spot Color

Spot Color printing is the most common form of screen printing. This type of method is great for most designs that do not require gradients or excessive colors. Each spot color is reproduced using a single screen. We have the ability to print a design that has up to 10 spot colors!

4 Color Process

Process colors are reproduced by printing overlapping dots (halftones) of cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) inks to simulate a large number of colors in a design. This is a desirable process for realistic prints or photos.

Discharge

Discharge printing is a method using water based ink that soaks into a shirt’s fabric. There is a discharge agent mixed into the ink that removes the manufacturer dye in the shirt. Once a manufacturer’s dye has been removed, the discharge ink will then re-dye that print area a desired ink color.

Heat Transfer

If you need to customize your team apparel with names and numbers, the heat transfer method is the most cost effective way to go. This eliminates the need to produce screens for each custom letter or number. The result is a much less expensive way to personalize multiple items.
